Frontier Lithium’s Plan for Thunder Bay
I was excited to join Minister Victor Fedeli , Mayor Boschoff, and Thunder Bay’s Federal MPs to announce some great opportunities proposed for Thunder Bay.
Frontier Lithium’s plan to build a lithium conversion facility right here in Thunder Bay will be a game-changer for our community. This project will create good, sustainable jobs and position Thunder Bay as a key player in the critical minerals supply chain.
By investing in this project, we’re not only strengthening our local economy but also ensuring long-term growth and opportunities for residents. This is a big step forward for Thunder Bay and all of Ontario!

Incredible Milestone for Local Artist
A big congratulations to Justine Gustafson on this incredible milestone!
The Thunder Bay Art Gallery has been awarded the Ontario Arts Foundation Elizabeth L. Gordon Art Program Acquisition Grant to add Justine’s beautiful piece, Agawaatebiigisin/Reflections, to its collection.
I’m proud to see local talent like Justine gaining well-deserved recognition. A special thank you to the Ontario Arts Foundation for supporting artists in our community!

Great to be back in Toronto at the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) conference!
I joined Premier Ford as he announced to speed up Ontario’s critical mineral development to protect our workers and jobs.
Toronto Sportsmen’s Show
Had an amazing time at the Toronto Sportsmen’s Show this past weekend!
It was a great opportunity to connect with people and reconnect with familiar faces!
I also had the opportunity to visit with the Ministry of Natural Resources Wild Fire Management team and learn more about their vital work.
